David Clifford Denson, 58, who has been manager of the Hulver Gin for a number of years, died at his home in Hulver Saturday night 1 7:30 o'clock.

Funeral services were held at the First Baptist Church in Estelline Wednesday afternoon at 3 o'clock, with Rev. J.D. Coleman, pastor, officiating, assisted by Rev. A.F. Loftin. Interment was in the Hulver cemetery under the direction of the Estes Funeral Home of Memphis.

Denson was 58 years, 8 months, and 17 days of age at the time of his death. Mrs. Denson, to whom he was united in marriage February 7, 1907, died in a local hospital December 4 of last years after an illness of two months.

The family moved to Hall County in 1915, and Denson had been manager of the Hulver Gin since 1930.

Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Loneta D. Rowe of Littlefield and Mrs. Doris Mae Ford of Estelline; and one son, David C. Jr., who is now serving in the armed forces.

Pallbearers were Cap Orcutt, Lloyd Phillips, Hulen Clifton, Clinton Richburg, John Russell, and Grant Hartwell.
