D. F. Short, aged 40 years, died Wednesday morning at his home on Spring Street, of pneumonia. He was an esteemed employee of Baker-Poston Co., and an exemplary citizen. Surviving him are a wife and two sons. The remains were shipped to Baird for interment Thursday.
