Sarah Ann Steen, who married Joseph Stevens. 6. Nancy Mary Agnes Steen who married Alexander Stevens. Narcissa Steen who married John Henry Stephens, 8. After the death of his wife Mary Enochs in 1846, William Sr. decided to move his family from Steen's Creek, Rankin Co, Mississippi to Dewitt County Texas. After starting their journey to Texas, William Sr. got sick and died in Nacogdoches, never making it to Dewitt County Texas.
