Hibdon, Mrs. Charles Gilbert (Chamberlain, Mrs. Clarence Floyd)(Coontz, Viola Gertrude)  Mrs. Viola (Vivel) Gertrude Hibdon, daughter of the late George and Alberta Silvey Coontz, was born March 5, 1898 and died after a long illness at the Carico Nursing Home near Brumley on Saturday February 13, 1971.  She was 62 years old.  She spent most of her life in the Gravois community and was an active member of the Gravois Mills Baptist Church.  Survived by 1 daughter: Mrs. Leroy (Zelma) Blanks of Eldon; 2 grandchildren and 3 brothers: Wilie Coontz of Versailles, Clarence Coontz of Houston Texas and Al Coontz of Valejo California.  She was preceded in death by an infant daughter, one step-son, one brother and 5 sisters.
   Funeral services at the Gravois Mills Baptist Church with the Rev. Lloyd Patterson officiating.  Mrs. Pat Walters and Mrs. Mary Ann Terry sang. Interment in the Silvey cemetery under the direction of Scrivner Funeral Home.
