Born May 1, 1916, in Hanover, she was the daughter of the late Spurgeon Felix and Viola (Bechtel) Amspacher.
Mildred was a graduate of Eichelberger High School and was a member of Grace United Methodist Church.
Mrs. Hoffacker was the loving wife of Raymond C. Hoffacker for 61 years until his passing on May 1, 1996 and leaves behind five children, Leon D. Hoffacker and wife, Kathy of Hopatcong, NJ, Barbara A. Huepenbecker and husband, Philip of Hummelstown and Fort Myers Beach, FL, Nancy L. Slothour of Hanover, Faye E. Lippy and husband, Jeff, of Spring Hill, FL, and Janice E. Garrett and husband, Keith of Hanover; 15 grandchildren; and 27 great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by a son, Barry L. Hoffacker; one great-grandchild; two sisters, Ethel A. Laughman and Henrietta Leahman; and a brother, Kenneth Ampacher.
Interment was in Rest Haven Cemetery
