Together Again

Our loving mother, grandmother and friend, Marian Kathleen Cox, returned to her Heavenly Father on May 28, 2002.

She was born February 7, 1920 in Bingham Canyon to Anna Mickelsen and Alvin Alexander Cole.

She graduated from Bingham High School.

Marian married Lyle A. Cox November 5, 1937.

Their marriage was solemnized in the Salt Lake LDS Temple.

Marian was a faithful member of the LDS Church and served faithfully in Primary and Relief Society callings.

She enjoyed her family and was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother and friend.

She loved every flower and was a great cook.

Her laugh and sense of humor was contagious to all who were around her.

Marian was preceded in death by her husband; son, Chad; parents; three brothers and one sister.

She is survived by two daughters: Claudia Rasmussen (Yorgas), Boston, MA; Jolene Roden (Ken), Draper; 11 grandchildren and 20 great-grand children; and many dear friends.

Funeral services Saturday, June 1, 2002, at 11:00 a.m. in the Draper 6th LDS Ward Chapel 12870 South 1300 East.

Friends may call at Goff Mortuary 8090 So. State Friday 6-8 p.m. or Saturday at the church from 9:45-10:45 a.m.

Interment, Larkin Sunset Gardens.
