George was born in 1840 in the town of Bath New York to Harvey and Lucinda Towle Bull.At age 22 he moved to Wheeler New York and bought a farm which became known as Bull Farm on Bull Hill Road. He started breeding short horned cattle and in 1894 he introduced the Hereford breed to his herd.He held the office of commisioner of roads and a few other minor offices.He was one of the original organizers of the Grange Lodge and Patrons of Husbandry in Bath in which he held official positions and was later instrumental in the organization of P.of H.Lodge of which he was master.In 1861 he married Louisa Wagoner, daughter of Charles Wagoner who lived on Wagner Road in Wheeler. and they had 3 children. George H,Charles Wagoner and Ida Elizabeth. He died in 1915 and is buried at Grove Cemetery in Bath New York.
