Survivor of the Wyoming Massacre at Forti-Forte Pennsylvania early in the American Revolution, July 3rd 1778 at the young age of 15 as a soldier. Soldier, Revolution, N. Hampton Co.(Pa.Arch.5, IV, 353, 670:5, VIII, 440, 496, 509)and gave a full accounting of the battle and escape in 1846. He also was one of the last living survivors of the massacre in 1846.
