Lora Mae Glover, 76, Hobart, died Tuesday, March 23, 2004 at the Good Samaritan Home, Hobart. She was born November 28, 1927 in Washita County to Banner O. and Mary (Coalson) Evans. She married Shux J. Glover, May 28, 1944 in Roby, Texas and he preceded her in death in 1992.
Lora Mae was a member of the United Methodist Church. She was raised in the Lake Valley Community. She had worked the Thiessen Grocery, Gotebo; J.C. Penny Co., and Highland Supply, Hobart, until she became disabled with Parkinson's disease.
Survivors include one foster daughter, Sharon Sellers, Oklahoma City; one granddaughter, Sasha; three sisters, Maxine Marshall, Carnegie, Mary Clifton, Clovis CA and Wanda Baker, Hobart.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, three brothers; Ben, James and Gene Evans and two sisters, Bernice Ragland and Lorene McDaniel.
