DRY CLEANERS EX-OPERATOR IS DEAD HERE.
WILBUR T. AMENT, former operator of dry cleaning buysinesses here, died at 7:40 a.m. yesterday at his home, 1581 Raydale Drive. He was 51. Ament was employed at the time of his death by Moakler's Electronic Supply, Jeffersonville. He had operated Ament Dry Cleaning on Breckinridge near Barret and Belmar Cleaners on Preston Highway. Ament returned recently from a year in Miami, where he did dry cleaning work. He was a native of Louisville and a member of St. Rita's Church, Okolona. Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Generose H. Ament; two daughters, Mrs. Edward Fremdling, Jr., and Miss Diane Ament; three sisters, Mrs. L. T. Rudolph, Mrs. James C. Newman and Mrs. Laetitia Linton; a brother, Harry H. Ament, Tulsa, and three grandchildren. The funeral will be at 8:15 a.m. Wednesday at Barrett Funeral Home, 1230 Bardstown Road, and at 8 at St. Rita's. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery.

Ament, Tulsa, Okla.; also survived by 3 grandchildren. Funeral Wednesday, April 7, 1954 at 8:15 a.m. from the Barrett Funeral Home, 1230 Bardstown Rd., and at St. Rita Church, Okolona, at 9 a.m. Interment in Calvary Cemetery. St. Rita parishioners will recite the Rosary Tuesday at 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
