Agnes Loretta "Retta" Goshorn, 73, of Sidney, passed away Saturday, January 9, 2010, at the Dorothy Love Retirement Community.

She was born on November 28, 1936, in New Lexington, Ohio, the daughter of the late Melvin A. and Agnes (Starner) Rutter. On August 17, 1957, she married Darrell G. "Joe" Goshorn, who passed away on December 7, 2000.

She is survived by her stepmother, Geraldine Rutter; two children, Mrs. Dan (Patricia) Weimert and Joseph R. Goshorn; four grandchildren and several great-grandchildren; four step-grandchildren and five step-great-grandchildren; two half sisters, Judy Griffith and Dian Lynch; two brothers, Melvin and John Rutter; and three half brothers, Jeff, Tim and Mike Rutter.

Three half brothers, Tom, Mark and Donald Rutter preceded her in death.

Retta was a member of the First Church of the Nazarene, a homemaker, a great cook, grew beautiful roses, loved to fish, go to garage sales and spend time with her family, especially with her grandchildren.

Funeral Services will be held Wednesday, January 13, 2010, at 1:30 p.m. from the Cromes Funeral Home, with Pastor Kent Hollis officiating.

Burial will be in Cedar Point Cemetery, Pasco. The family will receive friends on Tuesday from 4 to 7 p.m. at the Cromes Funeral Home, 302 S. Main Ave.
