Born October 25, 1924 in Magoffin County, KY she was a retired Factory Worker and was affiliated with the Baptist Church. Survivors include two brothers – Ovie Jenkins of Springfield Ohio and Edward Jenkins of Salyersville KY, three sisters – Lou Montgomery and Madgie Conley of Salyersville KY and Glennia Sue Greene of Jeffersonville KY. Hazel was preceded in death by her parents Dewey and Selia Prater Jenkins, two brothers – Ray Jenkins and Oval Jenkins and her sister Addie Montgomery.
