Homer-Bryan Brantly, 81, of Homer, died Wednesday in Homer Memorial Hospital after a long illness.
The funeral will be at 11 a.m. today in Pinelands Funeral Home Chapel in Homer with the Rev. Ben Wasson officiating. Burial will be in Arlington Cemetery under the direction of Spears Funeral Home of Ruston.
Survivors include three sons, Marvin Brantly of Blanchard, James L. Brantly of Delhi, and Dr. Stanley Brantly of Springhill; four daughters, Mrs. Patsy Braselton of Alvin, Texas, Mrs. Jane Johnson of Haynesville, Mrs. Sandra Stinson of Ruston and Peggy Fowler of Jonesboro; one brother, Sewell Brantly of Homer; two half-brothers, Hugh Mouser of Denton, Texas and Joe Mouser of West Monroe; one half-sister, Mrs. Joy Wilson of Vivian; 20 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
