Will of John H. Irvine:
"Knowing the uncertainty of life, and the necessity of making worldly arrangements and those for Eternity to meet my God; and being of disposing mind I make this my last Will & Testament...
1st) I will & devise that my Wife Matilda T. Irvine have and hold all my my personal & real Estate as hers during her natural life.
2nd) I desire my Wife Matilda to be the sole possessor of all my other effects.
3rd) I desire should any of this divised property be unexpended on the death of my wife Matilda, that it go to my only Brother William A. A. Irvine & his Heirs forever --
4th) I desire my Wife be my sole Exec.,"
