SCOTT CITY - Services for Catherine C. Roark, 80, Scott City, will be 10:30 a.m. Saturday at St. Luke's Episcopal Church, Scott City. The Rev. John Ashby will officiate. Inurnment will be in Scott County Cemetery.
Mrs. Roark, a former Lawrence resident, died Monday, July 4, 1994, at Littleton Hospital, Littleton, Colo.
She was born April 10, 1914, at Paola, the daughter of Homer and Mabel Abbey Clifton.
She attended Kansas University and lived in Lawrence until the end of World War II, when she moved to Scott City with her husband.
Mrs. Roark belonged to St. Luke's Episcopal Church, Scott City; Kappa Alpha Theta sorority; and Chapter AW-PEO, Scott City.
She married Olen Roark on Aug. 31, 1936, in Paola. He died in 1988.
