Dies; Rites Today
DUKE CENTER (Special) - Herbert Spencer, 76, a lifelong resident of this borough, died at the residence here of his daughter, Mrs. Sidney Cousins, at 3:12 a.m. Saturday. Other survivors include four sons, Charles of Rixford, Herbert and Garner of Duke Center, and Donald of Oldsmar, Fla.; and daughter, Mrs. Doris Greer of Corpus Christi, Texas. Also surviving are 16 grandchildren, and nine great-grandchildren. Services will be conducted at the Frame Funeral Home at Eldred, at 2 o'clock this afternoon. Officiating will be the Rev. Floyd Shook, pastor of the Free Methodist Church here, and the Rev. Wilbur Jacoeks, pastor of the Second Free Methodist Church of Bradford. Burial will follow at Duke Center Cemetery.
