Jerry Leon Baker, 35, a life-long Parker County resident died at Campbell Memorial Hospital Wednesday after a 14 year illness.
He was a graduate of Millsap High School and attended Weatherford College. He belonged to the North Side Baptist Church. He was ordained a minister eight years ago.
Survivors include his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Leon Baker, one brother, Eddie Baker; a niece, Candy Baker; one nephew, Skipper Baker; and several aunts and uncles.
Funeral services will be held at 3pm Friday in White's Chapel of Memories with the Rev. Joe R. Griffin, The Rev. Dan Johnson and the Rev. Steve Turner officiating.
Burial will be in East Greenwood Cemetery with White's Funeral Home of Weatherford in Charge of arrangements.
