Anna Dell Heckathorn was born on May 30, 1896 in East Liverpool, Columbiana County, Ohio to Dulcena Heckathorn Heckathorn and Benjamin Heckathorn. She spent her entire life in East Liverpool. She married Garnet Howard Menough and they had five children: Ernest, Sarah Della, Frank, Howard, and Lillian. Garnet died in 1936 and she married Enoch Siddel. Anna died March 3, 1978 at the age of 81. She was buried in Columbiana County Memorial Park.
