On Tuesday night, Nov. 3rd, Mr. Frank Hodnett died at his home, near Daviston, of typhoid fever. He had been sick for several weeks and the good physicians, Drs. Welch, Hodge and Clarity did all in their power to restore health, but their attention was of no avail. The watchful attention of the faithful nurse, Miss Alice Burnett, could not prolong the life here, for an Allwise Father saw fit to call the patient to a land where suffering and sorrow are not known. He left a wife and several children to mourn the loss. May Heaven bless all of them.
