Blanche Louise born the 28th of December 1911 in Sharon Springs, Kansas. Blanche is said to have had blonde hair and blue eye's. Blanch, being the oldest child, ruled the home. She tried to be the boss of all the children and would discipline them if they got into trouble. Blanch would always remain close to her siblings throughout their lives and would always be willing to help them. Blanche married Cecil Wiltse but did not have any children. She died on the 2nd of April 2002 in Moses Grant Washington.
