Born in Nampa, March 15, 1919, he was a lawyer in Moscow and a member of the Caldwell Masonic Lodge, the Elks Club and the Bar Association. He married Alice Wynia at Weiser, Feb. 7, 1940.
In addition to his wife, he leaves two sons, James and Michael, both at home, and a brother, Roscoe, in the Air Force in Alaska.
Services were held Monday afternoon in Shorts Chapel, Moscow, with interment at Moscow.
