Ruth Garrett, 72, passed away August 20, in Colville. She was born in Ontario, Oregon to Joseph Edward Timson and Rose Frances Faulkner. She married Sidney Garrett and together they lived in all parts of Washington State. They lived in Colville from 1957 to 1979, when they moved to Seattle. In 1993, they moved back to Kettle Falls area. Survivors include her husband of 48 years, Sidney Garrett of Colville; four sons,and two daughters, a brother, and a sister Elizabeth Payson; four grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
