Elmer Utterback, 78, of Arlington Passed Away
Elmer Utterback, a longtime resident of Arlington died Tuesday afternoon, July 11th. He was 78 years old. Mr. Utterback was born July 4, 1889 at Stromsburg, Nebraska, but had lived in Arlington since he was a young man. He is survived by four sons and a daughter. The daughter is Mrs. Marvin (Phyllis) Cook of San Antonio, Texas; and the sons are Floyd O., of Omaha, Lloyd C. and Kenneth D., both of Millard and Harlin L. of Arlington. A brother Lewis lives at Sheldon, Mo., and a brother Lloyd at Centralia, Washington. There are two sisters; Mrs. Charles Woods, Solina, Colorado and Mrs. Leon Hindley, Blair.
Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at the United Church of Christ, Arlington, with the Rev. Leo Zillig officiating. Burial with military honors will be made in the Arlington cemetery under the direction of the Reckmeyer Funeral Home.
