Mr. Bellinger was born May 17, 1920, at Haddam and was a lifelong resident of the area. He was a retired U. S. Soil Conservation technician.
Survivors include his wife, Ida May of Haddam; two sons, Bruce of Syracuse and Todd of Haddam; a daughter, Mrs. Charles M. Dawson of Atwood; his mother, Laura B. Bellinger of Belleville; six grandchildren; and a stepgreat-grandchild.
The funeral will be at 2 p.m. Friday at the United Methodist Church, Haddam, the Rev. Andy Torres officiating. Burial will be in Haddam Cemetery.
Memorials may be made to Saline County Dialysis, Concordia, or the United Methodist Church, Haddam.
Visitation will be at the Bachelor-Faulkner-Dart Funeral Home, 1322 19th, Belleville, 66935.
