"Sarah is listed as a white female, the widow of James LEVI. Her date of birth was given as 8 Mar 1853 and her age as 77 years, 2 months and 9 days. The informant reported Sarah's father as James DRIVER, and her mother as "Phynetta" CLEVENGER.
Sarah had been in a diabetic coma for 5 days as a result of her ongoing battle with Diabetes Mellitus. Interment was to be at East Hill Cemetery, with George Wyatt serving as undertaker. The death report was filed with Rush Co on 20 May 1930. The informant was none other than Mrs. John (Leona LEVI) NEWMAN."
Mother's name was probably spelled Finetta instead of Phynetta. Finetta Clevenger and James F Driver were married on 22 Feb 1847 in Ripley Co Indiana-
