Memorial services are planned at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 22, 2007, for Vicky L. Owen, a 54-year-old Ardmore resident who died on Friday, Aug. 17, 2007.
Charles Phillips will officiate for services at Harvey-Douglas Chapel.
Mrs. Owen was born on Jan. 4, 1953, in Ada to Bill Ray Phillips and Billie Massey. They, along with a brother and sister, Justin Wayne and Judith Elaine Phillips, preceded her in death.
Vicky was the business administrator for the Chickasaw Regional Library System, and was a Baptist. She enjoyed fishing, puzzles, outdoor lounging and spending time with her grandchildren. She was an Ardmore-area resident most of her life.
Survivors include her daughter, Jamie Lynn Schreiber, and husband, Jason, Ardmore; grandchildren Connor, Zander and Zoe Schreiber, Ardmore; sisters, Donna Love, and husband, Odis, Lone Grove, Kathy Hammer, and husband, Jim, Ardmore, and Cindy Mueller, and husband, Don, Oklahoma City. Also, nieces and nephews, Terry Gilliam, and wife, Marsha, David Gilliam, and wife, Jessica, Tammy Lewis, and husband, Rick, Ronna Ray, and husband, Paul, Shaye Hammer, Stacey Cogburn and Dakota and Megan Mueller; great-nieces and nephews, Drake, Kalub and Billye Jean Lester, Colton and Casey Dewitt, Dustin, Daci, Justice, Jestin and Sierra Gilliam; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
