Riley Jasper Miller, Sr.

Services for Riley Jasper Miller, Sr., 74, Chandler, will be today (Thursday) at 10:30 a.m. at Curry Funeral Home Chapel, Chandler.

Miller was born March 17, 1909, in Johnson County, Ark., the son of George W. and Melissa Ann Yates Miller. He died Tuesday, Sept. 6, at an Oklahoma City hospital.

He married Helen Marie Campbell August 7, 1935, at Chandler. A retired oilfield worker, Miller had lived in the Chandler area since 1925, having moved from Arkansas.

Mrs. Miller preceded him in death March 11, 1971. He was also predeceased by his parents.

Survivors include three sons; three daughters; eleven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

Also surviving are three brothers; all of Chandler and five sisters.

Interment will be at New Zion Cemetery, south of Chandler.
