Mrs. Lizzie A. Goode, 90, Athens Rt. 9, died Friday at 1:50 p.m. at the Limestone Nursing Home.
Funeral services were Saturday at 3:30 p.m. at Spry Funeral Home with A. J. Rollings and Charles Marshall officiating. Burial was in Roselawn Cemetery.
She is survived by three sons, Floyd Howard, Jessie Goode and Kenneth Goode, all of Athens; one sister, Mrs. Stella McConnell of Anderson; two brothers, Fornie Burgess of Athens and Ben Burgess of Anderson; four grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
