Helen Byrd Lacy
Helen Byrd Lacy, 89, a Pelham, Ga., native who resided for many years in Mobile, died Friday at her residence after a long illness.
Survivors include her daughter, Evelyn Doom of Mobile; five sons, William W. Lacy Jr. and Clyde M. Lacy, both of Tillman's Corner, James C. Lacy Sr. of Saraland, Robert J. Lacy of Theodore and Norman E. Lacy of Mobile; two sisters, Pauline Byrd Latham and Josephine Byrd Ellis; and one brother, Herbert Byrd; 17 grandchildren; 28 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
Services are set for noon today at Radney Funeral Home in Mobile with burial in Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens.
