Mrs. Greer was born in Litchfield, daughter of George and Nina Neldon. She was a retired cook from the Garden Restaurant, Litchfield, and a member of Pleasant Hill Christian Church, Litchfield. She married Frank Kean. He died. She married Chester Greer in 1942. He died in 1969.
Surviving are her sons, George W. Kean of Triangle, Va.; Howard Lee Greer of Taylorsville; stepsons, Arthur and James Greer of Bethalto; William Greer of Texas; daughters, Mrs. Harley (Pansy) Tibbs of Decatur; Mrs. Alfred (Rena Joan) Langer of Livingston; Mrs. Gene B. (Carolyn Jean) Boblitt of Litchfield; stepdaughter, Iola Voyles of Wood River; nine grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; several step-grandchildren.
One brother, four half-brothers and two half -sisters preceded her in death.
