resident Mrs. Arthur (Anna)
Pillman, 79, of 3« Rankin St.,
died Sunday at herhome.
She was born Dec. 20, 1895 in
Chesterton, the daughter of
Charles and Emma (Sederberg)
Anderson. In 1917 in
Joliet, III., she was married to
Arthur D. Pillman who died in
1963. They operated a grocery
store here for many years. She
was a member of the Lutheran
Church Women and Duneland
Historical Society.
Surviving are two daughters,
Mrs. Gordon Sperry of Hickory,
N. C. and Mrs. Ralph Wallin of
Chicago; a son, Grant Carlson
of Des Moines, Iowa; a brother,
Charles of Ormond Beach, Kla.;
nine grandchildren and a greatgrandchild.
Services will be held at 11
a.m. Wednesday at Bethlehem
Lutheran Church, Chesterton,
with the Rev. Lawrence
Swanson officiating. Burial will
be in Chesterton Cemetery.
Friends may call at the While
Funeral Home in Chesterton
afler 2 p.m. Tuesday. The
family requests that memorials

Nurses Association of Porter
County.
