Mrs. Betty Lou Harrison, 32, of Fayetteville, died Saturday, Feb. 5, in a Fayetteville hospital. She was born May 9, 1939 in Madison County, the daughter of Henry and Fawn Reynolds Maggard.
She is survived by her husband, Curtis Harrison, two sons, Ricky Wayne and Billy Ray, and one daughter, Barbara Jean, all of the home; two brothers, Wendall Maggard of Fayetteville and Henry Maggard of Hausbant, Ind.; four sisters, Mrs. Louise Lewis and Mrs. Ruthie Mae Richardson of Fayetteville, Mrs. Mildred Cornelison of Wesley, and Mrs. Lucille Biffert of Cynthina, Ind.; her mother and step-father, Mr. and Mrs. Earl Bryant of Witter; also three half-brothers, Clifford Maggard of Rapid City, S. D.; Art Maggard of Soap Lake, Wash., and Norman Gumm of Wichita, Kan.; and one half-sister, Mrs. Joan Bryant of Witter.
Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 8, at the Central Assembly of God Church in Fayetteville, Pastor Don DuVall officiating, assisted by Rev. Charles Duncan. Interment was in the Drake's Creek Cemetery, under the direction of Nelson's Funeral Home.
Pallbearers were Bill Wheeler, Bill Nabors, Dean Bowden, Kenneth Ledbetter and Dude Smith.
