We know Charlotte lived until 1870, because she is listed on the cenus VBC. She died before the 1880 census. As of now, we have her death date at 1875 until we find more evidence to prove when she actually did die. We know Charlotte had a brother Samuel Floyd that lived in Dyer County Tennesse on the 1850 census, the same time she and Henry lived there. Samuel and family is on the 1860 census in VBC, so they proably came at the same time the Burroughs family did. Alfred Floyd a nephew and son of Samuel lived with Charlotte at one time.
