Catherine Mauro, 29, Expires In New York City
Mrs. Catherine Mauro, wife of Joseph Mauro, died in New York City last night after a short Illness. She was the daughter of Mrs. Theresa Serra of E. Dominick St. She was born in Washington. D.C. Sept. 1907. She had visited friends and relatives here frequently, having last been her two months ago.
Surviving besides her husband are three children Rose, Theresa and Vincent; four brothers, Thomas, James, William and Alphonse, all of Rome, and five sisters, Mrs.Philip Stumpo Mrs. John DeNuscio. Josephine Serra. Akron. Ohio, Rose Bovi of Lowville, and Christina Serraof New York City.
The body will be brought here for a funeral at the home of her brother Thomas Serra. 1107 E, Dominick St
