FUNERAL FOR G. H. HOOVER ON SUNDAY
Funeral services were held Sunday afternoon for G. H. Hoover, who died Saturday at his late residence, 296 Scott street, Rev M. O. Hatcher officiating. Burial was at McDonald cemetery.
Mr. Hoover was born January 29, 1866 [sic] in Upshur county, and moved at the age of 10 with his family to Hunt county. He was married in 1895 to Miss Mollie Garrett, five children being born to them.
He is survived by his widow, a son, Lawrence, a daughter, Mrs. Mary Thompson, and a granddaughter, Mary Jewel Thompson.
