Elizabeth was the daughter of George Washington and Nora (Whaley) Weaver.

Obituary from Decatur Daily Review 2/8/1947

Mrs.Elizabeth Mae Camp of 1953 E.Prairie Ave. who for many years lived in Long Creek township and was active in community affairs there died at 1 am today in St. Marys hospital where she had been a patient since Wednesday.

A daughter of George and Nora Dooley Weaver she was born Feb. 20, 1878 in Macon county. She was married in Long Creek township, Aug. 19, 1896 to Ernest D.Camp, who died Nov. 22, 1925.

Mrs.Camp leaves one daughter, Mrs.Raymond C. Myers of Oakley, one son Chester B.Camp of Indianapolis,Ind. and seven grandchildren. One daughter preceded her in death. She was a member of St. Pauls Methodist church in Decatur.

Funeral services will be held at 11 am Monday at the Dawson & Wikoff chapel, with burial in Point Pleasant cemetery near Long Creek. Friends may call at the funeral home after noon Sunday.
