Born in Kokomo on June 5, 1901, he was the son of Richard and Viola (Bishop) Frazer.
He was married in Kokomo on August 12, 1944 to Dorothy Ashby, who survives.
A retired employee of Stellite Works, he was a member of the Kokomo Moose Lodge.
Surviving with the wife are two sons, James and Bruce Frazer and one daughter, Melissa Frazier, all of the home; and four brothers, Noel, Ivan, Kenneth, and Donald Frazer, all of Kokomo. One sister is deceased.
Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday in the Peacock Funeral Home, with the Rev. John M. Newsom officiating. Burial will be in the Russiaville Cemetery.
Friends may call at the funeral home after 11 a.m. Monday.
