MRS J GANZER LAID TO REST
The funeral of the late Mrs. John Ganzer, who died at St. Joseph's Home in this city Saturday afternoon, after a lingering illness was held from the Catholic church at Cold Spring this morning after a requiem mass at 9 o'clock, celebrated by Rev. Gregory, O.S.B.
Mrs. Ganzer was born in Germany in the year 1825 and was 83 years of age. She came to America in the year 1848, and settled in the east, where she was married to John Ganzer. In the year 1862 she came to Minnesota and located on a farm near Cold Spring. Here she resided until about 12 years ago, when she moved into the village. Mrs. Ganzer has been in poor health for the past two months. She is survived by two sons and one daughter, who are Nick Ganzer of Cold Spring, John Ganzer of Roscoe and Mrs. Kate Somerville of Bovey, Minn.
