Opal A. Warren, 88, of Paoli, died Friday at her son's home in Paoli.

She retired as a telephone operator for Pacific Bell in Salinas, Calif.

Survivors include two sons, Lonnie H. Warren of Las Vegas, Nev. and Paul D. Warren of Paoli; one sister, Mildred Kennedy of Lawton, Okla.; and two brothers, Vernon Allison of Murfreesboro, Tenn., and Clyde Allison of Oklahoma.

Graveside services will be 11 a.m. Thursday at Stampers Creek Cemetery.

Friends may call from 6-8 p.m. Wednesday at McAdams Mortuary in Paoli.
