Charles and Ella had twin girls born on December 4, 1898. They were named Alta and Alma. Alta died January 1907 (aged 8). Alta died January 17, 1916 (aged 17).

Death Notice.

Funeral services were conducted Tuesday morning of last week for Mrs. Ross Ammons who passed away July 16 in Ponca City hospital. The services were held in the Stahl Funeral chapel with Rev. Edwin Michael, minister of the First Christian church, officiating. Interment was made in the Newkirk cemetery. Mr. Ammons died May 15, 1955.

Pallbearers were Darrell Fulton, Frank Midgley Sr., Ralph Cottrell, H.M. Staggers, H.S. Ingham and Dowell Cottrell. Survivors include two sisters, Mrs. Dollie Armentrout of Seymour, Okla., and Mrs. Blanche James of Corydon, Okla., also a niece and nephew.
