Randolph C. Hyatt Dead
Assistant Examiner in Patent Office Lived Here Fifty-three Years
Randolph C. Hyatt, Assistant Examiner in the Patent Office, died at the home of his brother-in-law, F.S. Mechlin, 3020 Cambridge Place Northwest, early yesterday morning.
Funeral services will be held at the chapel in Oak Hill Cemetery tomorrow morning at 10 o'clock. The Rev. Dr. G. Freeland Peter, assistant rector of the Church of the Epiphany will officiate. Interment will be at Oak Hill Cemetery.
Born in New York, Mr. Hyatt came to this city in 1867. He was graduated from George Washington University in medicine, but never practiced his profession. He was unmarried and leaves a sister, Mrs. Mechlin.
