The State Journal, Wed. Jan 7, 1920. MORTALITY: STEWART-Following a short illness Mrs Laura Frances Stewart, wife of William Stewart, died at her home in Millville yesterday morning at 10 o'clock. Funeral services will be conducted from the residence this morning at 10 o'clock by the Rev. J.K.P. South and burial will be in the Frankfort Cemetery. The pallbearers will be Bradley Stewart, Pendar Stewart, Archie Stewart, Jesse Colston, Herndon Atkins and Squire Wilson. Mrs. Stewart is survived by her husband and two sons, Fantley and Preston Stewart. She was seventy-two years of age and was born and reared in Woodford County and had spent the greater part of her life in the Millville neighborhood, where she was one of the best known and most popular residents.
Note: Laura had arthritis and was in a wheelchair a long time before she died. per Karen.
