He was the devoted brother of Isabel Irene (Valmer Johnson) of Portland, Michigan, Charles J. McCrory (Carmen Sonenleiter) of Niles, Michigan and James McCrory of Coos, Oregon.
Louis married Victoria Dondajewski.
Louis was a Corporal in the U.S. Marines.

SAN LUIS OBISPO - Three men were killed and five persons
injured in a two car crash on Highway 101 about seven
miles north of here yesterday afternoon.
Dead are George Allen Jones, 16, of Daly City; John Westwood, 21, of San Francisco; and Louis J. McCrory, 67, of San Luis Obispo.
Taken to the county hospital with extensive injuries were
Norman L. Bennett, 25, Leslie Mulhair, 16, Celinn Mulhair, 20,William Mulhair, 22, all of SanFrancisco, and Mrs. Victoria McCrory, 58, of San Luis Obispo.
The California Highway Patrol said Bennett was driving
north at excessive speed when he lost control of his car and
hit the divider strip. The vehicle rolled over and into the path of a southbound vehicle driven by McCrory.
The bay area residents were members of a hockey team sponsored
by a San Rafael roller rink and had played a game in
Southern California.
