Frances Wilhelmine (Scholl) Marshall May, 95 yrs old, of New Paris, Ohio, went to Heaven on Wednesday, December 7, 2005 after a short illness. Born on March 28, 1910 in Fayette County, Indiana she was the daughter of the late Curtis A. and Estella (Bicard) Scholl. She grew up in Springersville, Indiana and was a 1928 graduate of Springersville High School She graduated from Indiana Business College. Frances and her husband Albert were the owners of Marshall's Apple Orchard in New Paris. Member of the First Presbyterian Church of New Paris since 1949 and a 77 year member of the Eastern Star. Frances enjoyed spending time with family and friends. Mom and Grandma was a true blessing.

Preceded in death by her first husband: Albert H. Marshall in 1978 and her second husband: Kermit May in 1986; brother: Joseph Scholl; sister-in-law: Freida Marshall (Whom she cared for) and granddaughter: Lori Marshall.

Survived by son & daughter-in-law: Bill & Joyce Marshall of New Paris; daughter & son-in-law: Sandra Kay & Bill Robinson of Richmond, IN, Ten grandchildren: Joyce (Robbin) Bitner, Bob (Cathy) Marshall, Tica Marshall, Rick (Debbie) Marshall, Tracy (Johnny) Randerman, Steve Robinson, Belinda (Donnie) Knight, Angel Tomlinson, Kevin (Trisha) Kubandher, Kathy (Tim) Canady; 11 great grandchildren and one great great grandson.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 pm Saturday - December10, 2005 at Barnes Funeral Home - 109 West Main Street - New Paris, Ohio with Rev. Gilmer Smith officiating. Interment will be in Springlawn Cemetery - New Paris, Ohio. Friends may call on Saturday - December 10, 2005 from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm at the funeral home with Eastern Star services at 12:45 pm. Memorial Contributions may be made to the Preble County Council on Aging, Inc.- 800 E. St. Clair St. Eaton, Ohio 45320.
