Thomas Roscoe Sexton, 95, of 1911 Henry Ave., died at 4:30am Wednesday at Middletown Hospital, where her had been a patient since Oct 8.
Mr. Sexton was born on Morgan County, Ky., and had been a resident of Middletown since 1943. He was a former employee of Shartle Brothers Machine Co. His wife Rhoda, died in 1967.
Surviving are five daughters, Miss Virgie Sexton, at home, Mrs. Inza Williams of Middletown, Mrs. Aretta Taggart of Trenton, Mrs. Jewel Pierce of Phoenix, Ariz., and Mrs. Mary Mays of Korea, Ky.; three sons, Luther and Arthur of Korea, Ky., and Wilmer of Middletown; a brother, John of Middletown; a sister, Mrs. Mary Wells of Middletown; 27 grandchildren; and 31 great-grandchildren.
Services will be held at 11am Sunday at the Potter Funeral Home in West Liberty, Ky. Burial will be in the Bailey Cemetery at Korea, Ky.
