Before moving to Salt Lake City were she completed her time here on earth amongst the greatest friends and neighbors that can be found. Where ever she lived, she served. She was Primary president twice, Jr. Sunday School coordinator, counselor to Young Women's president, Relief Society president, and 17 years as Blazer and Cub Scout leader. Her final assignment which she enjoyed so much was as an ordinance worker in the Salt Lake Temple, amongst choice sisters. Pat loved the sisters wherever she lived and served, and expressed gratitude and love to those whom she served with in her callings. Pat opened her heart and home to everyone. She taught her children and grandchildren to see beauty in the world. Pat found joy in gardening, beautifying her yard and home, painting, making quilts, and sewing. Her motto was "If your mind can perceive it, and your heart can believe it...then your hands can achieve it." She truly "bloomed wherever she was planted."
