Mollie has gone to rest
To her home on high;
She evermore is blest;
She never more will die.
Parents weep not for your child,
So early called to rest,
For in the mansions of the skies,
Your Mollie now is blest.
Brothers and sisters dry your tears,
Dear Mollie has gone before;
Be ready when the summons comes,
And meet her on the other shore.
And now to friends both young and old,
To you a warning is given;
God grant that you may live a life
That gains a home in Heaven.
