Hainesville – Mrs Inger Eliason, 86, who has been a resident of this settlement since 1883, died at her home at 5:30 p.m. New Years day from a paralytic stroke. She had been ailing for some years. The body was prepared for burial by the Stoneman funeral home and yesterday was taken to the home. Services will be held at 2 o'clock Sunday afternoon from the Hainesville church with the Rev T J Austad officiating.

Mrs Eliason was born at Kragers, Norway, a daughter of Mr. And Mrs Jens Halverson, and in 1869 emigrated to this country with her mother and one sister, settling at Green Bay, where she was married to Michael Eliason Sep 10, 1870. Thirteen years later the family came to Hainesville. Surviving are four children, Jens and Eli, Inga and Mrs Isaac (Alma) Anderson, all of Hainesville.
