June was born February 9, 1913 in Salt Lake City to James Vernon Glade and Bessie Hocking Cushing.

She passed away at her home on Thursday, December 10, 2009. She resided at 2681 South Dearborn Street (1460 East) in the Sugar House neighborhood of Salt Lake City, Utah at the time of her death.

She married George Edgar Moss on November 15, 1933 in the Salt Lake Temple. June was a loving wife and mother. She freely shared her musical talents. She participated in a weekly KSL radio broadcast "Interlude for Strings" as well as performing with the "Musetts" violin quartet.

She taught many violin and piano students. Gardening, reading, and doing genealogy were hobbies. Being with her family and helping with needs was a primary concern. She especially enjoyed the little children. Most of all she loved the companionship of George.

Preceded in death by her husband, parents, brother Gordon, and sisters Anna Louise, Virginia, and Ruby. Survived by brothers J. Vernon and Dale P. Glade, and sister Jacqueline Jacobsen; children, Bessie (Larry) Bradshaw, Louise Chatterton, Glenn (Karma), Ed (Pauline), Evelyn Van Zomeren, Colene (Stephen) Jensen, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.

Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, December 17, 2009 at 12:00 p.m. in the Stratford Ward Chapel, 2605 South 1500 East, with a viewing from 11:00-11:45 a.m. prior to the services.
Interment at the Salt Lake City Cemetery.
