HILLDALE, Utah - Leona Jeffs Allred, 86, passed away September 22, 1998 at Dixie Regional Medical Center in St. George. She was born May 19,1912, in Salt Lake City, Utah to David William Ward Jeffs and Nettie Lenora Timpson.. Leona worked as a professional secretary for the majority of her life. She worked at First Security Bank for over 20 years. Leona was a very honorable lady. She loved all and was loved by all that knew her. She is survived by a brother, Rulon T. Jeffs; daughter, Lenora Jones; two sons: Richard Allred and James Allred; and daugther Margaret Steed; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Funeral service will be held Sunday, September 27, 1998 at 1 p.m. (Mountain standard time) at the LSJ Meeting House in Colorado City, AZ. Friends may call Saturday evening from 7 to 9 and Sunday from 10 a.m.. until time of service at the LSJ Meeting House. Interment will be in the Isaac Carling Memorial Park under the direction of Spilsbury and Beard Mortuary, St. George, UT -673-2454
